A correct and elegant posture leads to a boost in self-confidence and also means less back pain and less neck pain. Having a good posture creates a more efficient way of moving and better circulation in the body. The way you carry yourself determines how people are going to treat you or respond to you. Importantly, it affects how you feel about yourself and those around you.

As a woman, developing an improper posture or a bad posture saps your personal power and poise. If you nurture an elegant posture, you will have a better frame and the beauty of your dresses will come out more. Having an elegant posture makes you feel more empowered and confident. It motivates you to do things that you have never done before. With an elegant posture, you will definitely display more poise and grace.
Proper standing posture
Good posture is important. It helps in maintaining a healthy body. The first step to take when developing a proper posture is to identify the problem with your current posture. You can’t effectively overcome a problem you are not sure or a problem you don’t know exists. You can access your posture by standing in front of a mirror, checking out how you normally stand. This is the easiest way of identifying poor posture.
Once you have effectively identified the problem, the next step is to find a solution for the problem. Avoid any activity that will cause neck pain or injury or any activity that will seriously strain your body. You can perform some activities that can improve the alignment in your neck and shoulder everyday, if possible.

Don’t forget activities for your spine. Try doing activities that can support your spine too. Your muscles are important and they have to be kept healthy, try doing exercises that can strengthen your muscles.
Eating food that is healthy is very essential to the body. It can help to maintain bone development. You should take food that is rich in calcium and vitamins for a healthy bone and body as a whole.

Be sure to know if they are working well or hindering the actualization of your potential. Being the architect for your habitual patterns of non-verbal language, you have the power to change any of it at any time.”
