When you have control of muscles through balance, exercises not only streamline your figure, but you acquire a command and grace which contributes to your posture and to the way you wear your clothes.

Believe it or not, the way you sit will not only affect the way people think of you but it will influence your attitude and comportment. It is even possible to ruin your self-image by the way you sit as a woman. If you don’t sit properly, as an elegant woman, there are chances that you won’t be seen as that classy woman with poise but you will be seen as someone who does not know what she even wants for herself.
This means that, sitting gracefully is truly an outgoing quality. If you want to be a woman of poise and beauty, then you have to move with grace and elegance. Elegant women sit with an erect posture and with both legs together. This prevents the exposure of the undergarments. Having a good sitting posture adds class and sophistication to your appearance.

Graceful way of sitting
when you sit with grace, as a woman, it shows that you have dignity and self-confidence. It brings out your beauty more.
- Move to the front of the chair you intend to sit on. Do not rush while taking a step to your seat.
- When your back leg touches the chair, confirm the position of the chair by touching it with your hands. Slide one leg forward, then lower your self smoothly into the seat.
- Sit up straight with your legs together. You can sit with your angles crossed or with your two legs in front of you.
- Do not sit with your legs apart, it can expose your undergarments. ( this could be really embarrassing).
Positions of the legs when sitting.
The legs should be brought a bit closer when sitting, making the stance for getting up easier. This gives you a more confident and natural look.

- The duchess slant
This was popularized by Meghan Markle. Keep your knees and feet together, then incline them to the left of right side.

- The Cambridge slant
Cross your feet at the ankle with your knees together.

- The mix cross and slant
This position creates an illusion of longer legs. Here, you cross your legs and slant them either to the left or right.

Remember these when learning the proper posture:
- Be graceful at all times.
- Always smile. It keeps those around you at ease and comfortable.
- Do not slouch when seating; slouching can hurt your back and cause back pains.
- Do not fidget.
- Be yourself.
- Always sit up straight.
- Do not look down, your head should be up always.
- Your shoulders should be down and relaxed.
- Your hand should be on your lap when seated.

It has been amazing and life changing going through the contents. Thank you for everything.
